Nestled in Solna just north of Stockholm, The Winery Hotel (BW Premier Collection) is the world’s first urban winery and boutique hotel, where industrial-chic Scandinavian design meets Tuscan winemaking tradition. Guests are greeted by a working winery in the lobby, with oak barrels and steel vats gleaming behind glass, and can follow the wine’s journey from barrel to bottle. In partnership with the Ruhne family’s Terreno estate in Tuscany, the hotel produces its own labels from imported grapes, creating a unique experience where New York loft style merges with Italian vineyard heritage. The hotel offers 184 contemporary rooms and suites decorated in a Nordic palette of olive-green cork, concrete ceilings, and exposed brick, many with floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of Brunnsviken Lake or the city.
