Wine Experience – Taste the Altitude

At the heart of the Posada is its passion for wine. The estate’s vineyards stretch across 800 hectares of high-altitude terrain—an ideal combination of elevation, dry climate, and stony soils. The vines, nurtured by drip irrigation and protected from hail, are carefully cultivated from premium clones.

The Winery

Located right among the vines, the modern winery is equipped with state-of-the-art French technology. Grapes are hand-selected and gently processed using gravity flow—no pumps, no rush, just precision and care. The winery also has its own bottling line, with a production capacity of 1.5 million liters annually.

The project is more than wine—it’s a model for sustainable development in La Rioja, supporting local communities and celebrating regional identity.
