Tucked into the vineyards of Pinto Bandeira, Pousada Don Giovanni is a family-run winery retreat that blends Italian-Brazilian heritage with contemporary comfort. Dining centers around seasonal Italian-Brazilian cuisine served at the onsite Osteria del Vale, where dishes feature homemade breads, regional cheeses, risottos, grilled meats, and signature desserts.
