Dan Stephenson planted over 300 acres of Temecula Valley in the 1970s with a vision: bring European winemaking tradition to Southern California's emerging wine frontier. Wine and culinary club members gain access to exclusive pairing events that marry estate wines with Southwest fusion cuisine and farm-to-table produce from nearby Riverside.
